About Perry Ashby
Perry Ashby has been in the construction industry for over 20 years. In 1994 he settled in Missoula and created Wesmont Builder and Developers, Inc. He is driven by a steadfast commitment to quality, innovation and careful craftsmanship and has based his business on integrity, honesty and hard work.

Perry plays a very active role in his company. He is an excellent leader and his ability to wear many different hats helps the Wesmont team to work together successfully to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Perry combines his vision, practical building experience and eye for design to create traditional neighborhoods. These neighborhoods are reminiscent of the past and incorporate well-designed homes with tree-lined streets and neighborhood parks to give rise to a community. His standards are exceedingly high and he is truly concerned about what is developed in this area.

Perry has been recognized as a leader among his peers and in 1998 he was honored as Montana State Builder of the year and Missoula Building Industry's Builder of the year in 1999. Additionally, Perry has been featured in the national trade magazine Professional Builder in 1998 for Bridge Court Village and for Canyon Creek Village in 2003.
